| Excesso de vigília, incapacidade de começar a dormir ou de manter o sono. A insônia não é considerada doença, mas conseqüência de algum problema ou enfermidade mais grave. Alguém quer um pouquinho??? São quase 5h da manhã e eu estou WIDE AWAKE... não consigo dormir de jeito nenhum... essa insonia me mata..... Já fiz de tudo, tomei leite quente, tentei ler um livro, assisti a um filme, dois, tres, mexi no comps, joguei paciencia entre outros, mudei o blog e voltei para o jeito que estava e mudei de novo.... afff....
